Notify us as soon as possible so we can schedule for a different day. Although we do not have a cancellation fee, we kindly ask you to let us as soon as you can.

Most moving companies can provide an accurate estimate over the phone or through email. Below are a few reasons as to why you may need an in-home estimate:

Residences that are larger than 3,000 square feet

Any long distances moves that are larger than 1,800 square feet

COST & EXPENSES

  • How much will my move cost?

All local moves in Phoenix and surrounding areas are priced at an hourly rate. Your estimate is based on the amount of movers you'll need and how long it will take them to complete the job. We require a 2-hour minimum and any time after that will be pro-rated by the minute.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, and all debit/credit cards. There is a 3% processing fee on credit cards.

  • Am I expected to tip the movers?

Gratuity is not required and is completely up to the customer. We encourage you to tip whatever you feel is necessary based on the overall experience with our team and their service.

  • Do you have a minimum charge?

Yes, we have a two hour minimum. This includes the travel fee to and from our office.

  • What is a travel fee?

A travel fee is calculated based off of the distance from the load/unload location to our office. This compensates the moving crew for their time spent traveling to the start location and back to our office once the move is completed.

  • What factors may affect my move cost?

Below are a few factors that may affect the cost of your move:

Walking distance from truck to load/unload location

Drive time from load location to unload location

    Number of stairs

PACKING & PREPARATION

  • What is the most efficient way to pack a house?

You should start by going room by room. Label each & every box with what’s inside & be sure to mark anything fragile. See our Packing Tips page for some expert tips.

  • Can the movers pack my items and provide the supplies?

Absolutely! The cost of packing materials will be determined by the exact quantity used. If you plan to pack yourself, give us a call so we can provide box pricing. We require all TV’s to be packed in a supplied TV box.

  • How do I pack & prep my appliances?

Prior to the move day, all appliances need to be dry & disconnected from any water, gas, or electrical connector. We will wrap and cover your appliances in moving blankets to prevent any scratching.

  • Do I need to empty dresser drawers?

Yes. We recommend doing so as it prevents the chances of items being damaged.
